Over a few weeks I started to draw some animals on bigger A4 paper, testing proportions on a bigger space.  The surface was also more grainy, which took a bit to get used to. I guess it will allow for more effects / shading once I get better at it.

I went online and downloaded a few pics to start from, and below is the result. I was especially happy with the lion, and the giraffe has a funny expression 🙂
